In order to provide online ticketing services, the CAC shall process

the Visitor's (s) personal data.  The CAC shall collect, process

and store for the purpose of the online ticketing service

the personal data of the Visitor necessary for the operation

of the online ticketing service in accordance

with the General Data Protection Regulation

Regulation, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data

of the Republic of Lithuania and other laws, regulating

the rights of the Visitors and the provisions of the legislation

and shall not transfer them to any third parties, unless

it is obliged to do so by law or regulation or if it necessary

for the provision of the CAC's services, or if the Visitor

expressly consentsto the disclosure of his

or her personal data to be transferred.
